Hartless is a very empathetic and thoughtful Angel (and not quite as heartless as her name would suggest). She's very deliberate with her words when she needs to tell someone something they don't want to hear so as not to hurt their feelings. She's fierce with protecting her friends and people who need the blanket of security. She's also a very talented wordsmith.
